is the founding principal of Metropolitan Capital Advisors.
Mr. Lynn has been arranging real estate financing as an
intermediary for developers and investors since 1980. In
June 1992, Mr. Lynn formed Metropolitan Capital Advisors as
a commercial real estate investment banking firm that
focuses exclusively on the representation of Clients in the
real estate capital markets. Mr. Lynn has been responsible
for guiding and expanding the firm from the original two
person company to a fully staffed professional organization. ![]() J. BRADFORD DONNELLSenior DirectorBrad Donnell has provided real estate financing services to developers and investors for the past 15 years. Since joining the firm in 1998, Brad has structured over 150 debt and equity financing assignments in excess of $1 billion for some of Dallas’ foremost real estate developers. Brad’s expertise extends from land and office to engineering some of the largest retail development capitalizations in Texas. Prior to joining MCA, Brad worked for several Fannie Mae DUS lenders in Dallas and New York specializing in multifamily finance. Mr. Donnell holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in Land Economics & Real Estate from Texas A&M University. His responsibilities at MCA include the development of new client relationships, along with the origination, underwriting and marketing of transactions. ![]() TODD MCNEILLSenior DirectorTodd McNeill is actively involved in financing commercial real estate, developing new client relationships and marketing transactions. Mr. McNeill has been with the firm since 1998 and has participated in all aspects of the transaction process, including initial underwriting and marketing, financial analysis, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials as well as processing and closing. Since Mr. McNeill has been at MCA he has been involved in approximately $2bl of debt and equity placements. Mr. McNeill has completed over 122 transactions totaling over $680,000,000 since becoming a Senior Director in 2001. Some of the more notable assignments include a $33 million portfolio acquisition of six shopping centers in West Texas, $36mm Westover Shopping Center in Ft. Worth along with a $38mm 91 acre acquisition at Warren Pkwy and Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, Texas. Mr. McNeill is a graduate of Oklahoma University. ![]() BRANDON R. MILLERSenior DirectorBrandon R. Miller joined MCA in 2001 and became Senior Director in 2004. As a Senior Director, Mr. Miller is responsible for new client development and originating, structuring and placing finance transactions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Miller has originated and placed over 70 transactions in excess of $525mm. Mr. Miller has been recognized in 2006 & 2007 by the Dallas Business Journal as a "Heavy Hitter" in the commercial real estate Finance category. Prior to becoming Senior Director, Mr. Miller worked side by side for two years with the Principal of MCA on the origination and placement of over 75 transactions totaling over $1 billion. During his tenure at MCA, Mr. Miller has worked on a myriad of financing structures including joint venture equity, permanent debt, construction loans, interim bridge financing, mezzanine debt on all types of commercial real estate including retail, office, condos, hotels and land. Mr. Miller began his real estate career in 1998 with Bank of America in the Commercial Real Estate Banking Group. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. ![]() HOOK HARMELINGSenior DirectorHook Harmeling has brought both a national and international real estate financing background to MCA having completed equity and debt financing assignments in fourteen (14) states as well as Canada and Mexico. His recent geographic emphasis has been in Texas and the Southeast, but he has closed debt, mezzanine and equity transactions on both coasts. Mr. Harmeling has expertise in all areas of real estate including, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, residential (condominiums & lot development), hospitatlity and land. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. Harmeling was with Churchill Capital where he closed over $300mm of financings through an array of sources including conduits, banks, life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and private money lenders. Mr. Harmeling's background includes a position with the public accounting firm KPMG, where he worked jointly in the property valuation and property tax departments. Mr. Harmeling is an active philanthropist and is the Founder and President of the Ryan Gibson Foundation, a non-profit group that raises funding for leukemia research. Mr. Harmeling holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and speaks both English and Spanish. ![]() KEVAN D. MCCORMACKSenior DirectorKevan D. McCormack is actively involved in the financing of commercial real estate, developing new relationships and marketing debt and equity transactions. He joined the firm in 2003 and has participated in all aspects of the transaction process, including initial underwriting and financial analysis, marketing, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials. Mr. McCormack has been involved in the financing of over $875mm of commercial real estate encompassing all property types. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. McCormack served as a Project Architect with O'Brien and Associates, Inc., a Dallas-based architecture and design firm specializing in retail, office, industrial and hospitality property types. Mr. McCormack received his Undergraduate Degree from Texas Tech University and his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. ![]()

As a Senior Director, Mr. Sajnani is responsible for new client
development and origination along with structuring and placing
transactions on behalf of the firm's clients. Mr. Sajnani has completed
structured real estate transactions throughout the entire capital stack
including senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt,
preferred equity and JV equity partnerships. He has expertise in all
areas of real estate including multifamily, retail, office, industrial,
hospitality and development land.

As Director of MCA's Closing Department, Ms. Sharrock brings vast experience in orchestrating the entire Underwriting, Documentation and Closing process. Prior to joining MCA, Ms. Sharrock specialized as a Closing Coordinator for Northmarq Capital and Archon Financial Group. ![]() KAREN WEAVERSenior AssociateKaren Weaver provides support in all aspects of the marketing functions for each transaction as well as the day to day operations of the firm. Her responsibilities include preparation of customized underwriting brochures, demographic research, advertising and graphic design.
