Scott
R. Lynn
Director/Principal
Scott R. Lynn has arranged real estate financing
as an intermediary for developers and investors
since 1984. In June 1992, Mr. Lynn formed Metropolitan
Capital Advisors to provide clients with a higher
level of "Focused Representation."
The Dallas Business Journal has consistently
ranked Mr. Lynn as one of the top Commercial
Real Estate Financiers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth
area. Mr. Lynn also has been recognized as a
"Top 25 Heavy Hitter All-Star" by
the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors
(NTCAR) and the Dallas Business Journal. He
is a frequent speaker for events sponsored by
Forum Magazine and GlobeSt.com, and has been
quoted in numerous commercial real estate publications.

Bradford Donnell
Senior Director
J. Bradford Donnell has been engaged in the
financing of commercial real estate since 1991.
With an extensive institutional lending background
through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and structured
finance lenders, Mr. Donnell has been involved
in over more than $1 billion of real estate
lending transactions, including the financing
of the largest single borrower closing in 1996
for Freddie Mac. Mr. Donnell holds both a Bachelor
of Science degree in Economics and a Master's
Degree in Land Economics & Real Estate from
Texas A&M University. His responsibilities
at MCA include the development of new client
relationships, along with the origination, underwriting
and marketing of transactions. |

Mark
A. Winnette
Senior Director
Mark A. Winnette has an extensive 25-year career
in commercial real estate finance through senior
positions with GE Capital and Heller Financial.
He has arranged loans and equity commitments
for all types of commercial properties while
specializing in major residential developments
ranging from $2mm to more than $60mm. Mr. Winnette
received an Undergraduate Degree from Cornell
University and his MBA from Southern Methodist
University. |

Todd
McNeill
Senior Director
Todd McNeill is actively involved in financing
commercial real estate, developing new client
relationships and marketing transactions. He
joined the firm in 1998 and has participated
in all aspects of the transaction process, including
initial underwriting and marketing, financial
analysis, due diligence, and preparation of
marketing materials. Mr. McNeill has completed
a variety of assignments for the firm’s
clients, including a $33 million portfolio acquisition
of six shopping centers in West Texas. Mr. McNeill
is a graduate of Oklahoma University. |

Brandon
R. Miller
Senior Director
Brandon R. Miller specializes in originating new
debt and equity transactions on behalf of MCA’s
clients. Since 2001, Mr. Miller has been involved
in supporting a variety of specific assignments
with financial analysis, project/property due
diligence and preparation of presentation brochures.
Prior to joining MCA, Mr. Miller was a relationship
manager within Bank of America's Commercial Real
Estate Banking Group. He is a graduate of the
University of Texas at Austin. |

Scott "Hook" Harmeling
Senior Director
Hook Harmeling brings both a national and international real estate financing background to MCA having completed
financing assignments in fourteen states as well as Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. Harmeling was with
Churchill Capital where he closed over $300mm of financings through an array of sources including conduits, banks, life
companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and private money lenders. Mr. Harmeling's background includes a position
with the public accounting firm KPMG, where he worked jointly in the property valuation and property tax departments.
Mr. Harmeling is an active philanthropist and is the Founder and President of the Ryan Gibson Foundation, a non-profit
group that raises funding for leukemia research. Mr. Harmeling holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University. |

Kevan D. McCormack
Senior Director
Kevan D. McCormack specializes in the initial underwriting and marketing stages of a transaction. Mr. McCormack
supports the Senior Directors of the firm with financial analyses, project/property due diligence and preparation of
presentation brochures along with backup support during the closing process. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. McCormack
served as a Project Architect at O'Brien and Associates, Inc., a Dallas-based architecture and design firm specializing in
retail, office, industrial and hospitality property types. Mr. McCormack received his Undergraduate Degree from Texas
Tech University and his MBA with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Sasha P. Jovanovic
Senior Director
Sasha P. Jovanovic serves as Senior Director at MCA where he is responsible for overseeing origination
and placement of finance transactions on behalf of the firm's clients along with the development of new
client relationships. Prior to his position with MCA, Mr. Jovanovic was associated with NorthMarq Capital
where he originated financing for various product disciplines through an array of lending sources
including Wall Street conduits, banks, life insurance companies and agency lenders. Prior to this,
he practiced real estate law in New York City where he represented lending institutions in commercial
real estate transactions. Mr. Jovanovic received his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo
School of Law in New York City with a focus in real estate and tax law. Mr. Jovanovic holds membership
designations with The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Genita
Johnson
Office Manager
Genita Johnson manages all aspects of the day-to-day
operations of the firm. She oversees all corporate
promotional and advertising activities, coordinates
speaking engagements, and convention scheduling.
In addition, Ms Johnson is responsible for the
internal accounting and financial management of
the firm while serving in a support role within
MCA’s Processing & Closing Department. |

Weaver
Marketing Associate
Karen Weaver is an associate of the firm who supports
all aspects of the marketing functions for each
transaction. Her responsibilities include preparation
of customized underwriting brochures, demographic
research, and graphic design. Ms. Weaver is responsible
for oversight of MCA’s computers and Management
Information Systems. |
